THE GONG PUJA
Occasionally some sounds might trigger suppressed emotions which are laying beneath the surface. We invite you to accept them as part of the healing process. Usually participants leave feeling supported, energised and refreshed. The evening will start with setting intention before settling down for the night. The gong bath finishes at 5:30am on Saturday, 8th August, perfectly aligned to greet the powerful Lions Gate Portal at sunrise—a cosmic doorway for manifestation, spiritual awakening, and accessing higher consciousness. We conclude with gentle movement and a closing ceremony to honour and acknowledge the endings, while harnessing the potent energy of the Lions Gate Portal to clear space and amplify your intentions for the coming year.
Light breakfast snacks will be provided for everyone as we emerge together into this auspicious morning.ITINERARY

What is a Gong Puja?
A puja is a devotional ritual which honours and allows space for participants to heal in mind, body and spirit. The gongs in itself facilitate self-healing over 7.5 hours of continued playing. It helps us get into a place of divine connection. Immersing yourself in the sound vibrations of a gong can create opportunities to repair, rebuild and unblock. It can help to release mental, emotional and physical issues. As we hover in a theta state of deep restfulness and mental awareness you may experience a deep sense of peace. What do I need to bring?
• Bedding, camping mats / mattresses, pillows, duvets or sleeping bags• Pyjamas or loose comfortable clothes• Yoga clothes for gentle movements in the morning• Bottle of drinking water & tea flask• Eye mask (optional)• Slippers or thick socks (optional)• A notebook to journal (optional)• Crystals & essential oils (optional)Can I leave anytime if I need to?
Yes absolutely, but we ask that you do so very calmly as to not interrupt the experience for other participants. Are drinks/snacks included?
We will have some light snacks for the evening and the next morning, a kettle and teas available to help yourself but please bring your own water bottle and hot flask. No tea/kettle during the session.
Who is this not for?
Sound Baths in general are not suitable for anyone who suffers from epilepsy, tinnitus (with some exceptions), carries a pacemaker and who is in their first trimester of pregnancy. We also recommend that you consult your GP or therapist should you suffer from any mental health issues or take anti-depressants. Please message the Space team or Tam directly to discuss your needs, or if you’re unsure this is for you.
Am I allowed to sleep throughout the session?
Yes indeed and in fact, we highly encourage you to. It’s possible that you may find it hard to sleep, others experience the deepest sleep they’ve ever had. All experiences are valid and beneficial to you. Keep the rest of the weekend free to rest and for integration time.
