Kasia's teaching is a reflection of a personal journey and Kasia's nature - both intuitive and adaptable - offering creative practice including elements of dynamic movement and slower postures allowing to build strength and find balance on and off the mat. Each practice is led by breath, allows for a moment of meditation and offers a sense of warmth and inclusivity.

Yoga has become Kasia's anchor and has transformed her life after a personal loss.  It continuously allows her to reconnect with herself, her body and mind, finding peace in movement and stillness. It has become a daily path.  Kasia finds herself practicing everywhere and anytime.  Every day, in a slow process, it leads her to rebuilding strength and finding purpose.

Beyond the mat, Kasia treasures freedom, personal growth and holistic approach to wellbeing, deeply inspired by Ayurveda. Yoga has become a practice that is aligned with her love for travel, creativity, plant-based cooking and connecting with the wider community. 

Whether hosting a retreat, or teaching a small group of students,  holding a space for everyone who wants to embrace yoga as a lifestyle is the ultimate goal. Kasia is also trained as an Ayurvedic Plant-Based Retreat Chef and dedicates a significant time to develop and cook delicious, nutritious and beautiful meals.
