TAM
She/her
Sound, Meditation, Vinyasa, Power, Yin & Restorative & Senior Teacher Trainer
Tam is a yoga and meditation teacher, ceremonialist, and sound practitioner with over a decade of experience. Her sessions are rooted in ancient healing traditions, weaving movement, sound, stillness, and Andean energetic wisdom into transformative “whole-being experiences.”
A practitioner on the Paqo Path (Inca Medicine tradition) and a seasoned Sound Healing Teacher Trainer, Tam integrates sacred sound, earth-based practices, and lunar rhythms into her work. As one of MADRE’s original co-founders, her Latin American and German heritage infuses the studio with a deep commitment to lineage, reverence, and community.
Her classes flow with seasonal energetic shifts, offering a gentle invitation to step off the wheel of busy-ness and land softly. Through every offering, Tam embodies MADRE’s core vision: strengthening bodies, quieting minds, and healing hearts.
