a dynamic vinyasa class with creative and challenging sequencing to flow into your SUNSHINE energy. Aimed at generating energy and expansion.

Power SUNRISE FLOW

A sweaty vinyasa class that builds strength in body and mind through focusing on core connections and strong asana. These classes culivate focus and endurance- commanding you fully show up physically and mentally. They are playful and can accommodate injuries.

We recommend you taking a few Dynamic Vinyasa classes before trying our Power Yoga.

A 30 min dynamic vinyasa class to ground and open you in preparation for a 15 meditation. this class was inspired by our wednesday medi club and is open to all levels. please bring your own mat and warm clothes if you get cold in meditation.
